Shipping Information

Shipping is currently only offered within Canada and the USA

I offer a flat rate of $14 across Canada.

Each order is carefully packed and shipping via Canada Post within 3-5 business days. I do not ship orders over the weekends or holidays.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen mail. If an order is returned due to a customer error on the shipping address, the customer will be charged shipping costs to resend.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our skincare and OOAK products, purchases cannot be returned. I carefully package products for shipping with plenty of cushioning for items made with glass jars and droppers. However, if shipped products arrive damaged, please email me within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order with photos or a description of the damage. A replacement of the damaged product(s) will be mailed out at no charge.
