Make your own Elderberry syrup at home!
Each kit contains the necessary organic dry ingredients to make 500 ml Elderberry syrup. You only need to add honey and water. Local raw honey preferred.
Elderberries are naturally high in vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin B6, iron and potassium, as well as antioxidants and anthocyanidins. These all work together to help boost your immune system.
I know how expensive it is to buy premade elderberry syrup. I want to make it more accessible and more affordable for everyone to benefit from elderberry's amazing immune-boosting properties.
The taste is simply amazing — a mix of sweet berries, honey, and a ginger and cinnamon spice. My kiddos have no problem taking their syrup!
Prepared syrup stays fresh in the fridge for 3 months and is easily frozen for up to 6 months.
Try freezing it in ice cube trays, a perfect portion.

Pour 2 tbsp syrup to a 16 oz glass, 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice, and a pinch of sea salt. Add 4-6 ice cubes and top with sparkling water. Stir and enjoy!
